Polechat: telemedicine platform
Led end-to-end design of a B2B2C platform for compliant medical consultations, built after new regulation banned doctor–patient chats in consumer messengers. Designed two mobile apps and an admin panel, and owned the user flows, doctor–patient interaction logic and every core scenario.
